Our aftersales conditions

Nautitech offers a 2-year commercial warranty

Your Nautitech boat is covered by a 2-year commercial warranty starting from the date of delivery.

If you need to submit a warranty claim, you must:

• Notify us as soon as the issue is identified
• Provide a complete request including:

→ Send Clear photos
→ Give a precise and detailed description of the issue
→ Indicate the hull number
→ Provide the current delivery or boat location address
→ Share any other relevant supporting information

Incomplete claims cannot be processed. The more accurate your information, the faster we can handle your request. 

 Nautitech offers a 5-year structural warranty on your boat.

Provided that the conditions stated hereafter are respected, a contractual warranty covering the structure and the gel coat on the sub-structure is granted for a period of 5 years.


This warranty covers:

• The structural components of the boat
• The gelcoat applied to the sub-structure

This coverage applies provided that:

• The boat is used under normal marine conditions
• Wind and sea conditions remain within safe operating limits
• The limits indicated on the manufacturer's plate are respected
• The recommendations outlined in the Owner's Manual are followed

Use outside these conditions may void the structural warranty.
